Welcome to Talk Reminder. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. About Talk Reminder

Talk Reminder allows users to create date-based reminders by speaking in any Indian language. The app converts voice to text and delivers notifications when the user comes online on the reminder date.

2. Account Creation

To use the app, users must:

• Enter a preferred username
• Create a 4-digit PIN (for recovery)

A technical device ID is also stored to restore the user’s account after reinstalling or updating the app.

No other personal details (email, phone, name, contact list, location, etc.) are collected.

3. Reminder Functionality

• The app supports date-only reminders (no specific time option).
• Reminder notifications appear when the user comes online on the reminder date.
• The app requires an active internet connection to save reminders and show notifications.
• No guarantee is provided if reminders fail due to device settings, network issues, or app restrictions.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, some features become limited unless the user upgrades to Pro.

5. Pro Subscription

Users may purchase a Monthly or Yearly Pro Plan. Subscriptions are processed through approved payment providers. Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled by the user. No refunds are provided for any subscription payment (see Refund Policy).

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled only by sending an email to:

Cancellation requests are processed within 48–72 hours. After cancellation, the subscription will not renew in the next cycle.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app
• Upload or speak offensive or inappropriate reminders
• Use misleading usernames or impersonate others

8. App Limitations

Talk Reminder does not guarantee:

• Delivery of reminders if the device is offline
• Delivery of notifications if the user disabled permissions
• Functionality interruptions caused by OS restrictions, battery optimization, third-party apps, or network issues

The user is responsible for ensuring:

• Notifications are enabled
• Internet is available
• The app is allowed to run in the background

9. No Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are non-refundable, regardless of usage or circumstances.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
